Delivery Returns & Refunds

Standard Delivery - We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days.
Orders are sent out via Royal Mail
Delivery in the UK costs £2.50
 
Tracked 24 hour delivery - orders need to be received before 12am, Monday - Friday.
Please note that Next day Delivery does not guarantee Saturday delivery. 

Tracked 24 hour delivery for Bespoke orders - will naturally take longer to dispatch so may not go out on the day order is placed, please check if next day is critical.
 
Overseas Delivery - We are happy to send products overseas, If not stated please contact for a price.

Canceling an order - Standard products
If an order has not been sent out we will refund the full cost of the order
If an order has been sent the process would be as for returns ( see below )

In the case where goods need to be returned, which are not faulty, a refund of the purchase price and the cost of the original postage will be given as soon as the item has been returned.

Goods should be returned in there original condition, with protective packaging if required.

Return of faulty goods  - In the unlikely event that you received a faulty product, a replacement or refund will be offered.
Any refund made in the case of faulty products would cover the purchase price and the cost of the returned postage.

Personalised and bespoke products - can only be returned if they are not as requested.
